Patsy Hartnett Jones

Patsy Hartnett Jones went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 13, 2007 with family at her bedside after a lengthy illness. She was born May 24, 1936 to James Edward and Alva Hartnett in Thornton, TX. She married her loving husband, James Leonard Jones in 1953 making their home in Pasadena. She was a stay at home mom to three daughters until 1978 when she began her career at Ditta Meat Co. until she retired in 2003. Patsy was a member of Golden Acres Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James L. Jones; children, Jerri Lynn Capps and fiancé Monte Balcom, Sharon Ann Lineberry and husband Scott and Joni Jones; grandchildren, Kelli Wetsel and husband Reagan, Karli Capps, Shelby and Sydney Lineberry, Zachary Jones; great grandchildren, Carter and Cameron Wetsel; sisters, Ruth Truett and husband James, and Euna Faye Alexander; brother, James Edward Hartnett Jr. and wife Theresa; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, December 16, 2007 from 6 PM to 8:30 PM at Fairmont Funeral Home and Cremation Services 6777 Fairmont Pkwy Pasadena, TX. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Fairmont Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 2:30 PM at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague, TX.
